Keagan is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts, and eligible for licensure in Georgia. She earned a Master of Social Work degree with a clinical concentration from the University of New England in 2019, completing her graduate studies with a 4.0 GPA. In the field, Keagan has spent five years working as an outpatient clinician and one year working as an inpatient clinician supporting children and adults experiencing mental health crises.
Keagan has completed a trauma-informed care training series with a core trauma-informed certification, certification for supporting those experiencing grief and loss in childhood through adulthood, and various dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy trainings. Keagan further appreciates and incorporates expressive arts therapies into her practice. In previous work experiences, she has supported persons experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, acquired and traumatic brain injuries serving as a human rights officer and liaison to support and advocate for a range of special needs and marginalized communities. As early as she can remember, Keagan has wanted to be a light for others in their time of need.
In her spare time, Keagan loves her dog, going skiing (can’t take New England out of the girl), kayaking, writing, painting, traveling, hiking, and going to the library.
