Allyn completed his graduate work at Georgia Southern University, University of Georgia, and Nova Southeastern University. He has 35 plus years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, adults and families in both the public and private sectors.

As a National Board Certified Counselor, Allyn’s areas of expertise include children – adolescent behavioral and personality disorders, addiction and recovery, aftercare, family issues, relational issues, marriage counseling, men’s issues, women’s issues, family interventions, life transitions, academic and career counseling (including assessments), anger management, depression, anxiety, EAP and medication management assistance.

Primary therapeutic models include CBT, DBT, Reality therapy, REIT, and holistic healing approaches.
